Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
A: Orders leave our studio in 1 - 4 business days. Items are shipped via insured Priority Mail (2-3 days in transit within the continental U.S.). Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Q: CAN I PAY FOR RUSH SHIPPING?
A: Yes! Terrariums are shipped via 2-3 day Priority Mail, but if you would like to purchase overnight shipping I'd be happy to give you a quote. Drop me a line and I'll get back to you ASAP.
Q: CAN YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A: Unfortunately, I am unable to ship soil or live moss outside of the continental U.S. due to customs laws. :( I wish I could. If you'd like to purchase a plant pal or enamel pin I can set up a custom order for you.
Q: HOW DO YOU SHIP A TERRARIUM WITHOUT IT GETTING ALL SHAKEN UP?!
A: Rest assured - your terrarium will be packed very well to keep its contents in place during its USPS adventure. It will come fully assembled and with simple unpacking instructions. The only item you will need to place into the jar yourself is your figurine (it comes in a separate little bag within the same box).
Q: MY TERRARIUM ARRIVED DAMAGED. :( WHAT DO I DO?
A: Your order will be packed to arrive safely and include easy instructions for unpacking (where applicable). Should there be any damage in transit please let me know within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo (for insurance purposes). I will do my best to send replacement part(s) the same as or similar to what you ordered - please contact me and we will discuss options.

Q: CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
A: I have a high standard of quality for moss that I use in my work and lovingly take care of it until we part ways. Since it is a living product, your terrarium becomes your responsibility to maintain once purchased. Because of this, returns can’t be accepted. If any issues do arise, please read above care tips or contact me and I will help guide you!
